Frequently Asked Questions

A: Cryo T-Shock is a highly innovative and versatile device that offers a range of benefits for both anti-aging and fat reduction purposes. By alternately applying warm and cold temperatures in varying sequences and durations, it provides targeted effects on the body. This non-invasive and painless treatment is specifically designed to address localized fat in areas such as the abdomen, back, arms, hips, glutes, and legs. Furthermore, it effectively reduces the appearance of cellulite, tones and firms crepey or loose skin, and delivers exceptional results for anti-aging and special event facials. The Cryo T-Shock device’s advanced software architecture and manual application allow skilled technicians to customize body contouring and facials to address individual client concerns. Best of all, Cryo T-Shock treatments are all-natural!

A: Yes, Cryo T-Shock is completely safe, non-invasive, and natural. The device is operated manually using a handheld wand, ensuring precise control and client safety. Unlike other “fat freezing” devices, Cryo T-Shock does not involve suction, making it suitable for customized treatments on various body parts. Additionally, the device is equipped with a temperature sensor to maintain optimal safety and effectiveness throughout the treatment

A: Cryo T-Shock facials should not be performed within 4 weeks after receiving Botox or filler treatments. For Cryo T-Shock slimming treatments, the following contraindications apply:

– Kidney disease
– Active chemotherapy
– Pregnancy
– Dialysis
– Severe diabetes causing loss of sensation in the extremities
– Polyneuropathy

Please note that for pregnant or breastfeeding clients, Cryo T-Shock facials are the only service recommended.

A: Cryo T-Shock slimming treatments typically last between 30 and 90 minutes and involve a slow, manual massage over the targeted area. A gel is applied to the skin before alternating between warm and cold temperatures at varying times and intensities. The treatment is completely painless and non-invasive, resembling a cold massage.

Cryo T-Shock facials for the face, chin, neck, and décolletage are also performed manually. Depending on the desired effect, heat may or may not be used during the session. Gel is applied to the treatment area, and an upward massage with the wand is performed. While the facials are not as cold as the fat removal process, some individuals may find the face, neck, and décolletage more sensitive to the cold.

A: The duration of Cryo T-Shock slimming treatments typically ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, followed by 15 minutes on a vibration plate. Toning sessions vary depending on the treatment area, with the neck toning session lasting 10 minutes and leg toning sessions lasting approximately 80 minutes. Cryo T-Shock facials generally last 20 minutes or more.

A: For Cryo T-Shock slimming treatments, it is recommended to space sessions two weeks apart. This allows the body’s lymphatic system to efficiently remove the waste created by freezing fat cells. The body will continue to eliminate waste in the upcoming weeks. The earliest recommended time for repeating the treatment without any lingering aftereffects is ten days. Performing treatments more frequently than advised may overload the lymphatic system and hinder the success of the results.

Cryo T-Shock toning and facials can be initially done every 2-3 days, and once the desired or maximum results are achieved, a bi-monthly or monthly maintenance plan is typically recommended for facials. Body toning maintenance is done as needed. Customizable plans will be suggested based on the client’s concerns, the severity of skin elasticity loss, and the effects of aging, as well as the client’s skin responsiveness.

A: Potential aftereffects of Cryo T-Shock treatment may include redness, swelling, or edema at the treatment site, skin irritation or reaction, fatigue, increased heart rate, increased urination, changes in urine consistency or smell, fatty stools, loose stools, diarrhea, and weight loss. Some individuals may experience delayed onset muscle soreness in the stomach area for a few days following treatment. Rarely, numbness or tingling may occur, but it usually subsides shortly after the treatment, although it can sometimes last for several weeks or months.
