Hi, I’m Sarah Miller, the owner of Insight Cryo, and I am thrilled that you are interested in finding out more about us & the services we offer! I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years, and caring for others has always been both my purpose and passion. I have worked in many areas of nursing, but in 2023, I discovered a new passion in aesthetics.
I started this business because I wanted to deliver solutions that were non-invasive, painless, required no downtime, and delivered visible, measurable results. My passion was hugely influenced by my own struggles with weight & desire to age gracefully.

I work one-on-one with each client to create a customized treatment plan tailored to their individual aesthetic goals, designed to deliver the best results possible. Seeing the confidence my clients gain inside & out has been truly rewarding, & is why I absolutely love what I do.
